Moms for Liberty Mat-Su's First Endorsement - Because Who Needs Diversity and Inclusion Anyway?

The Mat-Su chapter of the Florida-based extremist organization, Moms for Liberty, issued its first political endorsement yesterday, and it's a shocker - a shocker I say! Yes, yes...the Valley Karens have endorsed Ole Larson, a Parental Rights advocate who is running for re-election to the Matanuska Susitna School Board.

The unsurprising endorsement was announced on the chapter's Mat-Su social club Facebook page where it was received enthusiastically by a total of three people, among whom was Kali Ponder, the chapter's co-founder and secretary who school board member Kathy McCollum handpicked to serve on the school district's book-banning committee.

Both Larson and McCollum gave presentations at a secret location of the extremist organization's September meeting, hoping to secure the chapter's endorsement.

You'd think after being the first MSBSD school board member to be endorsed by a bonified hate organization, Larson would want to quickly share the news on his campaign website and social media accounts, but, for reasons that aren't entirely clear, he has not yet done so. It's weird, especially considering his campaign Facebook page is littered with anti-LGBTQ Parental Rights propaganda pushed by right-wing blogs Alaska Watchman and Must Read Alaska.

It's unknown whether the Valley Moms, who are scheming to upend public education in their private and secretive Facebook group, intend to endorse McCollum's re-election campaign.
