Draft Resolution to Address Anchorage Assembly Member Jamie Allard's Conduct Under Consideration

The Anchorage Assembly is considering a resolution to address the conduct of Jamie Allard at the Feb 9 Anchorage Assembly meeting. Written testimony is open to all Anchorage residents and can be sent at this link.

Allard has not publicly commented on the draft resolution but was busy with the now hidden and secretive Save Anchorage group over the weekend, seemingly sharing her thoughts on what some might say is a way to disenfranchise voters in the Municipality of Anchorage.

Also on the agenda for Feb 9 is Resolution No. AR 2021-39, a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and celebrating February 2021 as Black History Month.

The Assembly meeting, which is almost certain to have Assemblywoman Allard's Save Anchorage group members in the Assembly chambers, could prove to be an exciting watch. You know, like usual.
