Demboski issues new memo to clarify previous 'going dark' memo

Municipal Manager Amy Demboski issued a memo clarifying the previous memo she sent on September 24 in which she sought to consolidate power by cutting off communication with the Legislative Branch.

The memo issued today by Demboski says that the previously referenced memo was not intended to apply to routine communications to and from the Legislative Branch and that the memo is not meant to interfere with the usual Administration performance of job duties for the Legislative Branch.
